Sorry I'm late replying.
Work commences this Saturday. (Probably start on Friday, pulling the exhaust, and driveshaft.)
Why?... Good question, so here goes. With my 3.38 diff, it turns 3750...
I'm putting it in my 1995 supercharged E36 M3, that I've owned since new. I kind of think of this as a good cleaning opportunity too..lol
Putting a 420g 6 speed in my E36, any undocumented tips or things I should know? Anyone want to lend a hand or moral support?

Hey Paul, where's the info on the shirts?

Ok, I'm in again Paul, I just registered. Perhaps I can play with you and Matt?
I guess it depends on whom you ask...
If you ask on Bimmerforums, they'll say it's worth about $.25... Basically because they're a bunch of borke kids, that only see cars with 200K miles and are...
What are the helmet requirments? Will a DOT be good enough or do they require a SA?
If it were me, I'd have him rebuild it with a 40% lsd... But that's just me.
If downtime is a big deal, just buy a rebuilt diff from Dan and pay the refundable core charge. He'll ship you a rebuilt diff built to your specs and you just send him the old one when you install...
Crappy? I don't know... It's really the most used floor jack I've got, no problems in maybe 5 years? But for what I use it for, it's cheap, light, and hasn't failed. What more could I ask for?

The dealer said to replace the seat? What an idiot. The GT1 or MODEC or whatever they use now would tell them what the problem is and fixing it isn't that hard. I don't think there is a occupancy...
If that's all you are going to do, I'd get a US General AL jack from Harbor Freight Tools. Mine's worked slawlessly for the last 5 years. I use it to jack up cars that are too low to get on my lift....
Is the school limited to only 20 people?

Ok, I'll chime in here. I installed a short version of a 9Klb 2 post floor plate lift. You need about 145" ceiling height for a clear floor lift, mine was only 11.5 Ft. Just figure that you also need...
291... with pig rich AFR's. I was a bit disapointed... Just remember that Ed's DynoDynamics will read lower, (a lot lower) than a DynoJet... Interesting, it reads about the same as the DynaPac I used...
I voted for Pub Dog. Only because Champps has really expensive beer. Both Champps and Uno's are next to the parking garage at the mall, but the service and food are lacking.
Clydes is nice, but...
As usual...
I like Tex Mex food.
Yes you can run 17x8's all around, depending on offset. A wheel that has between 38 and 44 will work. There are several people running 17x8.5's with no problems.
Doesn't PV=NrT say it will expand, hence the pressure goes up? Maybe less than air, but it still goes up. I think race teams use N2 because it is convenient.
When I used to work for Amarada Hess, (I was the terminal supervisor for the Baltimore terminal in Curtis Bay, 3.4 million barrels of storage), all grades of gas had detergent. The difference was in...

Oh, heck, just come over to my house in Columbia, and I'll do it for nothing. I have a Smart Camber gauge, it'll take 2 seconds.
