Oil Change Schedule for sub-1k miles per year? (E60 with 100k miles )

I am driving my car (2007 E60 530xi w. 100k miles ) only once or twice a week (<30 mins trips) and only drove less than 1k miles last year. I'd appreciate some tips on how often to change oil and any maintenance in case I do not drive my car for 1-2 months. So far I have been using synthetic and changing oil yearly.

Yearly will work, changing it before you put the car away for the winter. Acids can build up over time in the oil/crankcase, as well as in the cooling system. Are you changing the coolant every 2-3 years?

Coolant flush will need to be done this year. Is there a special coolant for beemers? Or std off-the-shelf coolant will work?
