New 335is owner

Hello friends,

I am in the Gaithersburg area and this will be my 4th BMW. I went through the 325i coupe, 540i, X5 and now the 335is convertible. In between that I did the Merz CL550 and E55. Needed something nice for commute, hence my latest whip. I dreaded getting into a Bimmer again because of the poor customer service at my local Bimmer dealership (BMW of Rockville) but I could not resist the car. I would appreciate feedback on a service place that takes the manufacturers warranty. I look forward to a pleasant interaction with my fellow Bimmer owners.

Unfortunately, the only place that will do work under an original warranty will be a BMW dealer. I think you would be hard-pressed to find an independent shop that would get reimbursed by BMW for performing warranty work.
