    Recommendation for service - Baltimore area

    I am new to this forum and was wondering if any of you would be willing to recommend a dealership in the Baltimore area to take my BMW for service. I have tried to look up the reviews on Towson, Russel, Annapolis and Northwest. I can't really tell from the reviews which one I should choose.

    If any of you have opinions I would greatly appreciate your input.

    I bought my car at Russel and their service was good. Are you looking for warranty service or an independent?

    For normal warranty service, pick the one closest to you. Labor rates are the same for all 4.
