I want to get Dinan parts installed in my 325. BUt my car is still under the certified pre owned warranty. If I have my parts installed by a certified Dianan tech, will my warranty still be good or will I have to kiss it goodbye?

To maintain your warranty, your best best is to use a BMW dealer that is also a Dinan dealer to sell/install your parts. I used BMW of Sterling for my Stage 2 ECU upgrade.
2008 BMW E92 335i Atlantic Blue - Dinan 2nd Stage, Sprint Booster, BMW Performance Exhaust
1996 BMW E36 M3 Cosmos Black - Ground Control Struts, Eibach Springs, Koni shocks, Treehouse Racing Control Arm brackets, Turner Racing Sway Bars, Sparco Strut Bar, Turner Rear Control arms, Toyo RA1s 255/40/17, - Engine Stock
AtSpeed in Columbia is the largest Dinan dealer on the east coast. Call Bob Miller. He can advise you.
2010 BMW 335d - Black Sapphire
1999 BMW 328i - Titanium Silver
What parts? CPO only covers certain things, so, for example, your suspension is out of warranty.
...and really, Dinan is usually a waste of money.
2006 GMC Sierra 2500HD 4WD Duramax LBZ/Allison 6-speed
2002 BMW M3 - Alpinweiss III/Black
1999 323i KP/GTS2 - Alpinweiss III (Black Hood, other stuff)
1990 325is - Brilliantrot/Tan
1989 325is - Alpinweiss II/Black (S50B32)
1989 M3 - Alpinweiss II/Black (S62B50 in progress)

1989 M3 - Alpinweiss II/Black (S62B50 in progress)
If you pulled the vehicle history report, the dealer made a point of stating (in all caps) that Dinan software and an intake were installed, that the factory warranty on anything related was voided (because people still incorrectly think that Dinan parts don't void the warranty), and that any issues should be referred to Dinan.

FairfaxServiceCenter.com is a member here and dB advertiser. They installed the Dinan stuff on my X5, 740 and 330. Recommended if you do everything, i.e. CAI, throttle body, intake, exhaust, software. You can do it in stages as your budget allows. You will notice the biggest gain once everything is done as a whole and not piece meal.
CAI, throttle body, intake (new mas meter?), exhaust, software from Dinan = $3.5k plus install (roughly)
His 325 is still running under 200hp. Let me see if I can find a Dinan badge on e-bay, that's all you're paying for.
Double your investment and get a supercharger. Keep it at about 7psi and you'll be fine.
Not even - I assume the OP has a e46 325. http://www.vf-engineering.com/ $5k will get you 100 ponies.
For that price maybe I'll consider it for my 325. There's plenty of space under the hood.
Maybe I'll hook the 7 up with some added ponies.
The Dinan Warranty doesn't make your BMW warranty obsolete. What happens is if BMW proves that the Dinan product is the reason for a part malfunction, Dinan will likely front the costs for the warranty and pay BMW for you...so in the end you will still be safe. However, with BMW Performance on the rise, I see Dinan getting phased out in the future.
