I take it you are not using HP+ in the car in your sig...what do you use in your dedicated track car? Are there pads that can be used in a street car that is taken to a track once in while?
The stock BMW pads are among the most tolerant of street and track use out there, believe it or not. They'll fade plenty, but they will always come back, unlike say, Axxis Ultimates, which literally vaporize.
That said, there is no such thing as a street/track pad. Really.
For track pads, I like Performance Friction. I'm using PFC01s, but will probably switch to the 06 endurance compound when these are used up. I don't like the Hawks, especially the DTCs as they don't last logn and are brutal on rotors. Carbotechs are easy on rotors, but don't last long.

When the Burger Joint in Bethesda is serving their fries, and not the crap bag fries, they have the best fries in the area. Even better than Five Guys.

Well I'm still waiting on the machinist.
In the mean time I decided to trim up the extra length in the wire harness. Tighten things up a bit. This came about from the cats being relocated from the exhaust manifold, to under the passenger compartment when the headers were installed. I must have taken 4+ feet of harness out.
Any ideas of how to mount these connectors? I was hoping to find to someway to attach both the firewall with a cradle/clip of some sort.
