Great New Shop: BMC Automotive Services

My 2001 M5 with 77K on it was in dire need of new thrust arm bushings. I had purchased the X5 bushings and had planned to do the job myself, but ran out of time. While searching Google I found BMC Automotive Services in Chantilly, VA. The owner is a retired BMW Master technician and went into business for himself about 6 months ago.

The shop is clean and the staff are very friendly. The owner, Chai Suthasil, worked on my car and was very thorough. He made sure to go over the rest of my car and point out future bushings that will need to be replaced. His price for the labor was also more than fair.

I highly recommend Chai and will return once I can afford to have all the bushings replaced in my rear subframe (Thanks for all the weak rubber bushings BMW )
