User error? I registered without any problems. :-)Originally Posted by Pete

Nope. There was no link from the page.
By the way, speaking of user error, I expect to see you make more in autoXing since you'll be driving alone.

There was a link there yesterday. I registered around 8am.Originally Posted by Pete
No problem driving alone. You only navigated for me a couple times this season anyway. :-P

Yeah, but I'll get everyone to stop riding with you.
Pete
You are just scared that my times are getting closer to yours. :roll:Originally Posted by Pete

Not for long. I have R's
PS- Your still 4 sec's slower on a faster track than me.
I've got a spare set of wheels coming (hopefully). Don't tempt me, R's are cheap for my size wheel. :-)Originally Posted by Pete
4 seconds? Big deal. You are forgetting I haven't done ANY engine mods yet and I'm still learning.

Power is nothing for AutoX. Handling is more important.
Pete
BTW- You're trash talking alot. Come to DSP if you want. 4 secs is still quite a bit.
I realize that power isn't everything (or anything in this case). It would be helpful to have a larger power-band and a higher redline (chip).Originally Posted by Pete
I've got handling. I'm just lacking experience right now (and decent brakes <--my latest excuse). I might run DSP next season, just for fun. Maybe it will make you work harder as you see my times gaining on yours throughout the season.

We'll see.
Your car has easily the capability to be right with mine and others in DSP. You just need eek everything out of it which will take some more seat time.
As for next year, you never know what class I may be in.

I think I need to either adjust the suspension or play a little more with the tire pressures (I'm hoping for tire pressures). It just doesn't rotate the same as it did on my old tires. Maybe it's just me. :-?Originally Posted by Pete
Uh, oh. Different class? What are you planning now?
---Eric
If you want the car to rotate more lower the tire pressures. The reason it's not doing it as much as before is because the ES100's are far more grippy that those old Goodyears.
As for me and what car, we'll have to see after the winter. I'm not sure if I'll run the 323is next year.
