NEone know when we'll be notified if we've been accepted or not?
Thomas
What is "heat" anyway? Is it just a grouping?
Thomas,
Yes, "heat" is simply "run group". Note that you need to arrive early enough to finish the registration process, have the car inspected, and perform your "walk throughs" of the course (in between sessions since we don't want people dodging cars on the course).
If you've never been to an event, get there early and talk to some of the more experienced autocrossers. Also, don't be shy about asking for help or even asking to have someone ride along with you.

Registration is closed. Everyone who registered got in.
All events open for registration and technical inspection at 8:00 AM. Heats begin at 9:30 AM, with each heat following at approximately two hour intervals. Registration closes at noon. You must register at the event at least one hour prior to your heat or before registration closes, whichever is earlier.
Yes, we do run in the rain and we do have plenty of room for walk-up registration (just get there early).

Good times today, thanks Kevin for an interesting course. Anyone find a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses today? Please PM me if so.
Thanks

Fun course. I liked it a lot.
No one left any glasses at the tent. At least not that I saw.

I thought it was a good event - until Brian drove my car and showed what it was capable of doing. I'm sorry we had to leave after the first heat, but wanted to see the BMW Club Race at Summit. Any estimate on when results will be posted?

Big thanks to all that organized and ran the July 28 autocross! This was Ilsa's first run and she had a blast -- though I made her work more than she had in a long time!
Results are up!
Brian: How do you run in Modified, and your dad in Prepared in the same car!?!?!? I didn't know the driver counted as a mod!!!
