If my car is impacted by any chance, does it kill my factory warranty on the impacted section even if insurance fixes the damage?

Not sure what you mean here, but the warranty does not cover accident damage. Insurance, of course, does not repair the car, it pays a shop to repair it. If a repair has left an issue unresolved that might otherwise have been covered by a warranty, I suspect you'll have to deal with the insurance company to get the shop to repair it fully.
Any chance this question is related to your other inquiry about adaptive headlights?
