Red face Proper placement of BMWCCA Grille Badges?

Is there a "right" and a "wrong" side to place the BMWCCA badge?

On the E24's, I've always seen them on the passenger side, but on Todd's 3.0CS and Doug's 2002tii, the badge is on the driver's side.

Where is it "supposed" to go, or does it vary by model? (If so, where does it go on the E30?)

Thanks for answering my silly question.

Someone asked that in the Roundel. Satch said on the left. That is driver's side.

Get one for each side. Sometimes I'm passing, sometimes not.
