Tire Rack's web site has a list of approved installers. http://www.tirerack.com/installer/index.jsp
Before you pay to ship tires you should check with club sponsors such as Radial Tire in Silver Spring or Curry's Auto (Gaithersburg & NoVA) - they are very competitively priced, and you'll be dealing with someone locally vs. Indiana if you have a problem.

Develop a good working relationship with Radial Tires..
When I lived in MD they would flip my tires for free. Fix flats for free.
Just cost me a tip. You can't get that kind of service.
It's just not worth trying to save a couple bucks.
I still buy my tires from Paul and have them shipped to my installer in SC.
I've had new wheels shipped to Radial Tire and had them installed the tires and picked them up a few days later...

Thanks everyone. I'll follow-up with Radial Tire.
