We haven't gotten an official track schedule yet, so I'm not sure how early we'll be able to open the corral. In previous years, it's been around 8-9am, so I would think it's the same this year. If you have a parking pass for Friday, you can park anytime you want after the corral gates open.
Once we finalize our corral schedule, it'll be posted here, but probably won't be till sometime in August.

BGP Update: we are well on our way to having another HUGE BMW corral, and are very pleased with registration results. We still have plenty of space for other members to join and/or adding more people to your current orders. Currently, registration is scheduled to close midnight July 31st or until we sell out. We also plan to send through all credit card payments around this time. Ticket distribution is still being worked out, and once finalized, will be posted.
Hopefully everyone gets our bi-weekly email blasts because this will be one of the primary ways to disseminate information regarding our corral. If your email address isn't up-to-date in MSR, then you will absolutely miss out on some very important information as we get closer to the event (like ticket distribution). Also, we announced the winner of our June Corral Craze who won 2 free 3 day corral passes (a $240 value): Congratulations to long-time CCA member David Dunmire!
We are also running a similar e-drawing this month. Anyone who purchases any combination of corral passes, parking, or race tickets totaling at least $175 in July will also win a pair of 3 day corral passes!
Finally, if you haven't purchased your official BGP BMW Corral Commemorative Polo, the link is below. You don't want to show up race weekend and not have it on!

Ahh... I see now the Car Corral is outside the track, I was thinking it was on the inside.
Note from the registrar
Hello -
Welcome to the 2013 National Capital Chapter BMW CCA Grand Prix of Baltimore / ALMS Corral. You are receiving this message because you registered and confirmed for this event. Here are a few things for you to know and do as we get ready for race weekend.
1. We are well on our way to having another HUGE NCC BMW corral. We still have space available if you want to add more people to your current order. Spread the word! Registration is scheduled to close at midnight on July 31st or sooner if we sell out.
2. Please review your registration information in MotorsportReg.com, as soon as possible, to ensure your purchases are accurate and complete.
3. Make sure your email address in MotorsportReg.com is correct and up-to-date. This is the email address we will use to keep you up-to-date about what we are doing at the BGP.
4. This Saturday, July 27, 2013, I will push your payment through using the credit card or bank information you have in your MotorsportReg.com account. Please review your payment information and make sure it is up-to-date and accurate. This will help speed up the next stage of the registration process.
5. Ticket distribution is still being worked out. I will send you another email with that information as we get closer to race weekend.
6. Help us show off our chapter and club colors! If you haven't purchased your official BGP BMW Corral Commemorative Polo, the link is below. You won't want to show up on race weekend without your NCC BMW BGP shirt!

7. Still need a hotel room for the weekend? We have secured a block of rooms for BMW club members at two downtown hotels. More information is located on the MotorsportReg.com registration page.
Congratulations to long-time NCC BMW CCA member David Dunmire! He was the winner of our June Corral Craze and won two free 3-day corral passes (a $240 value). We are running a similar drawing this month. Anyone who purchases any combination of corral passes, parking and/or race tickets totaling at least $175 through our registration site will be in the running to win a pair of 3-day corral passes!

July Corral Update
This year promises to be our greatest corral ever. We are well on our way to a record number of sales and huge excitement is growing everyday! We are also happy to announce two of our big giveaways for the weekend: a free NCC HPDE weekend and free tires (courtesy of Radial Tire, sponsored by Toyo Tire)! Everyone who purchases corral passes will be eligible for the drawings and the more corral passes you buy, the more chances you have of winning. For those who only bought race tickets or just parking, here's your chance to walk away a winner, but you'll need to add some corral passes to your order to qualify.
Also, don't forget that there are only a few days left in our July Corral Craze. For all new sales in July, anyone with more than $175 combined purchases will be eligible to win a pair of 3 day corral passes ($240 value). Our next e-drawing will take place Aug 1st.
We still have some hotel rooms available right outside the track (at significantly cheaper rates than years past) and you don't want to miss our pre-order sale for our official BGP commemorative polo shirts. Not only are the shirts cheaper by pre-ordering, but you'll be able to choose from an assortment of colors, guarantee the correct size, and receive it in time to wear for the big weekend.
Finally, registration for all orders will end August 6th so we can ensure everyone receives their tickets/passes well ahead of time. We look forward to seeing everyone at the corral for our spectacular race weekend!

Our GS tickets will have a row and seat number assigned to it; HOWEVER, we will have full reign over the entire grandstand to sit where ever we want...literally. Since we reserved it several months ago, the general public can not buy seats in our GS (it looks like anyone can, but they will be moved if not with our corral) and our GS area shouldn't be crowded at all. In addition, our GS tickets will give us additional access to other grandstands TBD (hopefully along Pratt St and others), so there will be no shortage of seating areas during the race.

Just got my membership number today, and have registered for the Grand Prix! I'll be booking a hotel room for Friday night, so I'm waiting for the confirmation email for that.
Looking forward to seeing everyone there and taking pictures of the corral! (My Nissan Murano will be parked at the hotel).
I have a quick question - if I've got a second grandstand ticket for the Grand Prix or hospitality tent, do they have to be an associate member, added to my membership plan, to use that ticket?

Tomorrow night, Tuesday at 12am midnight is the deadline to register for our BGP Car Corral. This will be our biggest event of the year and not to mention, the MOST FUN!!
We are on pace to have the best corral ever, so you don't want to miss out on a huge race weekend. Our BMW hospitality tent is where it'll all happen:
* meet & greet sessions with the BMW drivers (and hopefully the legend Bobby Rahal himself)
* a 'home base' with catered food/drinks/snacks, tables, chairs, live band, and a place to rest and get out of the elements
* awesome giveaways and door prizes (including free tires and an HPDE)
* adult tastings provided by Central Liquors (many say THIS is the weekend highlight)
* free access to the ALMS & GT3 Cup paddock
* and yes, PARADE laps!! Don't you want to take your BMW around the only true street course in the US?
In addition, the entire Baltimore Inner Harbor will transform into a huge racing spectacle filled with tons of entertainment for you and the family. See the track map for more information.
TRACK MAP
Finally, if I haven't said it enough, this will be an awesome race weekend, even for those who are not into motorsports. And for hardcore BMW and racing fans, this will be a true Celebration of Accelleration!

I bought GS tickets through the club. Do they require a corral pass?
