Can anyone help me diagnose why my car wont start? I do not believe the starter is getting the signal to start. It would start if it did.

What year is it? Does the engine turn? Does it seem like something electrical?
If it turns and does not start, it is the HPFP - high pressure fuel pump.
Provide more details - I have a 2008 335i and am on my 3rd HPFP. Lot's of people on here that might be able to help, but more info is helpful.
