I'm sure this is a newbie questions, but what is the difference between Day 1 and Day 2 in the course and do I need to sign up for both? Is the second day the same class and just more track time?

Typically Sunday builds on Saturday.
I would strongly recommend two days. For me a lot sinks in Saturday night.
