Can anyone tell me where I can get the most inexpensive spare key made for my 2003 BMW 325xi close to the Hagerstown, Maryland area?

by first showing proof of your ownership of the vehicle. If I remember correctly, copy of the ownership goes to BMW who will then issue the key. -Raine

^ Correct. The dealer needs to verify your ownership - then they request it from BMWNA. IIRC - a laser cut key from BMWNA ranges from a low of ~$130 - to $185-195.

Thanks - I purchased a key from the dealer, and now I need to initialized it to the vehicle to make the remote open the doors. What is the procedure for initalizing the remote to open/lock the doors? It's a 2003 BMW 325xi --- Any help will be appreciated.
