According to German newspapers BMW may be buying Sauber rather than supplying it with customer engines as previously thought. BMW's deal with Williams expires in 2009 but nothing prevents BMW from acquiring Sauber.
BMW should have dumped Williams long ago. Williams has not lived up to its potential and sponsorship dollars spent since it began using BMW engines.
