I also had a good time instructing. Thanks for the opportunity.
Thanks also to whoever ordered the food. I was gratified to see that there was a grilled option for those of us who don't eat fried food or mayonaise.

Thanks to the organisers and the instructors. I had a great time and learned a lot. I think that looking 2 or 3 gates ahead is still my biggest problem, but I will work on it. Are our times going to be posted online? I didn't see my times for my first few runs.
Thanks again.
First of all i would like to thank all of the students, instructors, and committee for coming out and making this event possible.
Secondly we do not keep track of times for school, you shouldnt be worrying about your time compared to anyone else. We run the timing display so you can gauge if you are running slower or faster then your previous runs. We will discuss tracking times in the PM session for our next school, but i personally think it is counter productive to the learning and development of our new drivers
I really learned a lot at this event. My instructor was very helpful. I found the low pressure environment great for learning. I went off course several times and took out more than my share of cones, but towards the end, i didn't do so much of that. Thanks everyone!
Glad to hear attendees found it a great, beneficial experience! Hope to see you at some ax events.
Thanks to everyone for making it a great start to the 2011 season! I had a great time as always. Looking forward to seeing how the students do this year, even though I'll only see you guys a few times this season.
Here's some video I got. Just of me testing out the courses and also of Marias runs in her M3.

Thanks to the committee for a great day. My wife Beth had a great time and will be back out for regular events in the GTI. Many, many thanks to Ron for being a great instructor and making sure her first time out was a positive experience. Thanks to Adam too for the classroom session, very well done!
Ron--I'll PM you at some point about co-driving on the 19th.

BTW-When you hit cones how much damage does it do to your paint and underbody??
PS-If anyone has tips on how to take better pics and tips on how to shoot some panning shots please let me know.
Thanks!

I had a GREAT time yesterday! Thank you to everyone (especially my instructor Ron) who worked so hard to give us "newbies" a fantastic experience!
Is it a good sign that I dreamed I was autocrossing last night?
It was definitely a blast. I am hooked. Thanks to everyone who organized - and thanks for keeping it casual.
It was def. a lot of fun! Won't be my last event. Big shout out and thanks to everyone that organized this and helped out!
