Caution BMW members!
Mr. John Winstead of Alexandria Virginia is someone you do not want to get involved with. I know this may not be the appropriate forum, but he is an avid BMW guy with a 73 2002tii however he's more into stealing from fellow members. I caution anyone who is selling older 2002 parts to watch out for this guy. I'm out a LOT of money because this man refuses to answer all calls and emails, and he walked away with some very rare and nice vintage 2002 parts.
Heads up because BMW meets should be free from guys like this, who are out to manipulate and steal from members who make owning BMWs fun and enjoying.
