Was there some SPEED coverage of this race that I totally missed? Watching "real" cars racing is great fun.
There was live coverage on the web with German commontary, and live English audio on another website. It seems to me that Speed did a 1 hour highlight show several years ago a month or two after the race. This event has been going on for many years, but interest in the USA seems to be growing. Let's cross our fingers.

I have found NO info on US TV coverage, however, go to YouTube. Search for BMW Nurburgring 24 and you'll find some good clips from the online video fed live.
Great fun to watch, especially if you've been to the Ring and recognize parts of the track ... and if you have not been ... go.
