I purchased two of the profi-II's (only have black remaining in color and very limited stock). FIA approved until 2008. The sub belts are pull up and shoulders are pull down. Plus, they are 3 inch shoulder and 2" lap belts if that makes a difference.

I also went ahead and purchased the high-density padding from them for $17.50 per 3 foot roll and $4.50 for the normal padding. I ordered 5 of each -- which is going to be overkill. I probably will have extra left over if anyone needs it.
