Looking forward to my first autocross event this Saturday! Is it possible to have someone experience to ride along or is that only for the schools?

All you have to do is ask! Ride-alongs are not limited to the schools.

I lied too.

I said my car was retired from autocross, but it appears that is no longer the case. I'll also be running on snows or no-seasons for at least this first event.

Also, can I switch to the morning heat? I have a subscription for the PM session as #202, but would appreciate being in the morning heat for this event only.

You can change it by logging into DLBRacing ... however, I'm pretty sure the morning session is already full.

Just signed up... Looks like I'm running the civic, couldn't get my hands on the z4...Wish I knew earlier so I could run AM and get my number. Hate using tape...

I'll probably be there by the time morning runs start so if anyone needs me to ride along and/or give some pointers feel free to ask. Names AJ and I'll be in the black civic coupe.

AJ, I think we (myself and two other people) need to ride along in your car...You need ballast. I will feel better about my times if you would just slow down!

To our autocross faithful,

If you've been anywhere near the registration page lately, you'll have noticed that our event is FULL for the AM session. We still have about 20 spots available for the PM session heading into the last few days of registration.

Accordingly, we will NOT be able to accommodate any walk-up registrants to the AM session. If you have not registered yet, or know someone who was planning on just showing up and registering day-of, please inform them / yourself / everyone that walk-up / on-site registrations will only be available for the PM session!

Everyone is more than welcome to come in the morning and watch / hang out / help, but unless you are previously registered online for the morning session, you will have to wait until the afternoon sessions to register and run for the day! NO EXCEPTIONS. I hope I've made this clear here, if you come early, I will be asking you to wait! I don't want anyone to be disappointed this Saturday.

Signed up! If there are any Z4 M Coupe drivers reading this thread...I want to ride along with one of you! I'm seriously considering one of those bad boys next year.

I'll be there with the Z4MC for this one and your welcome to ride with me as well ... although I make no promises of superstar runs on the first autox of the season

70 and sunny. I'm ready to get going. 16 cars so far in T2, a great looking group of "X" cars. It looks like someone really spread the word in the Subaru community

Too bad the "M" classes are so light, 5 total in four classes. Maybe we should just outlaw r-comps next year and absorb them all into "T"
