I am just going to take a shot in the dark here, because you didn't provide much info.
I'm assuming you're talking about the E46 LED taillight retrofit. If so, any dealer will do it for you for 1 hours labor, or $120 + tax. Unless you have a very good relation with your service manager or dept, in which case you can sometimes get a discount.
Just expect to pay 1 hour labor for any dealer you go to, and just take whichever one you favor or is most convenient to you.
Of course, if you're talking about something else, you'll need to provide more information. Its best to try to describe what you are trying to do fully for others to help better.

I installed some LED taillights on my coupe so about every 20 or 30 seconds they will light up. I have been told the LCM is sending a signal to make sure the bulbs are working. Fairfax BMW quoted 122.00. Seems excessive it should only take 30 mins max.
More details! You still haven't even mentioned which car you have.
Did you install an OEM retrofit kit or an aftermarket kit? If so, which one?
You need to post a lot more info if you want others to help you.
$122 at Fairfax sounds about right, that'll be an hour's labor.

They are aftermarket ones from Umnitza. The car is a 2001 E46 coupe.
Aha! If they are the aftermarket ones, you do not need a reflash. They should come with resistor packs which work in-line on power signal to the tails to provide the resistance the car is expecting from filament bulbs. If you have more questions or issues, I'd contact Umnitza directly, they should work with you.
