    I see quite a few around the top side of the DC beltway (#668 today). Makes me smile a bit when I spot one.

    Never see a VA NCC one though.

    Question.. if we already have a CCA plate, could we "upgrade" to a newer number as it becomes available?

    For example, I have #0565, and I'd like #0740.

    I'd love to get the BMW plate but my problem is with the standard issue MD plates (black on white) that are esthetically challenged. I have Chesapeake plates on my cars for that reason.

    Is it possible to get the BMW plates on the Chesapeake background?
