For no experience, it looks like you did pretty good yesterday.
But the AX school will give you much more opportunity to work on the various car control skills that help in autocrossing. I hope there are still openings.

The school has been filled since February.

I'm considering doing a school later in the year due to the overwhelming response.

We have a ~10 loaner helmets, so we should be good. No special accommodations needed.

If you want exclusive use of your own helmet you can rent from OG Racing. But it's not very convenient to Solomon's Island.
