    E30 Clutch Master Cylinder Replacement

    Folks,
looking for any guidance as to how to re-insert the hose that goes into the Clutch Master Cylinder. It essentially pops out/pushes in, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to push this thing back in, mostly due to how cramped the space is. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You've removed the hose from the reservoir to the clutch master cylinder, not the high pressure line from master to slave, right?

It's easier to fit the hose before bolting the cylinder to the clutch pedal bracket (assuming you replaced the master cylinder). Otherwise, just remove the bolt at the top of the pedal. The cylinder should drop down enough to let you get at the hose fitting.

You might need to remove a the trim panel underneath the dash if you haven't already.
