anyone thinking about renting out home for inauguation weekend?

So, I'm hearing lots of buzz about renting out homes for over $10k and wondering if anyone in this community has thought about doing it. I figure I might because I have a 2 car garage TH in fairfax and live with one roommate. There is nothing of serious value here (jewlery, clothes that might not fit them, hdtv's, etc....) and even if something breaks or is missing the 10k or excess would cover the costs. I have heard some people rented for over $20k and thinking somewhere in the 10k-15k price would be sufficient.

1) You think someone coming into town is going to want to stay?
One day stuck in traffic with a dose of road rage, they will be run home.

2) The same could be said for McCain supporters.
