Old website presented info and calendar better. New one looks like a cost cutting move.

It looks fine to me. Still a few bugs to work out, but the presentation appears much clearer, and the links are much more logical.

Only complaint I have is the links on the left are too far down the page. Other than that like most things of new it will require some getting used to.

Can't help that! We have alot going on with our chapter. (You could always decrease your font size which will bring it closer to the top.)

For most, the new website will take some time to get used to.
