Anyone have experience using this impact wrench?

It looks to have 200 ft/lbs of torque. It looks compact AND you can use the 12V cigarette lighter, which makes it kind of handy. The price is great as well. If anyone has any feedback, I'd appreciate it. The price seems great.

Don't you have a DeWalt Impact wrench? :?:

Yes; but, I would like to be able to carry one in the trunk for emergencies. The DeWalt is just not practical to do that. E.g., if I go on a long trip, would not mind throwing that one in there. Just do not know if it would be a waste of money.

I think you either take the one you have (I am not sure how the one is more practical vs the other), or just use a normal lug wrench. My .02

I just don't see the benefit of 12V vs Battery - my Craftsman has not been charged since before the last autocross on 10/3 I think and I used it the other day to swap tires.

Yeah, my DeWalt has 2 batteries and they hold a charge pretty well. I was able to use it on several cars with one battery (and I hadn't charged that particular one in awhile).

I have two of them in my basement.
I thought they did not work out of the box and never returned them.
The I read in one of the forums that there is a delay before it kicks in.

I bought them to leave in the car for emergencies.
I still have never used either of them.

    Where do you live?
You can borrow mine to see if they work.

You can try it but first I need to make sure it works.
I don't want to sell it. If it works I think I will just leave it each of my cars.
Are you going to PTG the end of the month?
