Dec NoVA Social Location

Since the malls are usually pack in December with Holiday shoppers where should we hold the Social?

Coastal Flats - Tyson's Corner (I need to shop anyways)
Carpool - Herndon (Back to the future)
Dogfish Ale House - Falls Church
Bungalow Billards - Chantilly

none of the choices seems to offer food as good as Coastal, but i do agree that the traffic during Dec. is terrible near Tysons.

Sweet Water is good. there is one in either Sterling or Maryfield.

Cheesecake factory is good too.. there is one, again in Sterling

Glory Days Fairfax (Nutley St.)....there was a small meet there last week. Huge (too big) parking lot and they were able to accommodate a table for 20.

Ned Devine's has a DJ every Thursday night. It would be very hard to socialize with that in the background.

The challenge with Sweetwater is competing with their busy bar traffic and the fact that all of their tables are bolted to the floor making accommodating large parties difficult.

Glory Days is a good idea and can be added to the list.
