EVENT:
Feast with and meet fellow BMW owners as we close out the summer meet season!! Event is open to all BMW owners. Cars will be grouped off and displayed by similar models and generations. Plenty of free food and beverages will be provided by Bimmerpost (for registrants only). A raffle will be held for prizes and products from sponsors (to be updated below).

ANNOUNCEMENT ON FREE GUESTS:

Due to the extremely overwhelming response and the anticipated hundreds of registrants, any new registrant from this point forward will be limited to (1) free guest. Future registrants may bring more than one guest at the rate of $7 per additional guest.

***NOTE: Non-bimmers are also welcome to attend the meet. There will be a separate parking area for non-Bimmers and admission will be $7 per person.***

***Original registrants [BLUE FONT] already on the list as of right now, will still be permitted to bring their total # of guest for free.***

REGISTRATION:
Registration is completely free! We anticipate having 200-300 cars attending! Registration entitles you to (1) park within the main meet/show lawn area together with similar cars to yours and (2) a bracelet which entitles you to catered food. Please only register if you are fairly sure you can attend, as an accurate headcount is required for food/beverages.

its not far outside of NYC, so you can make a day trip out of it

Flanders is about an hour West of NYC.

there are quite a few people from e90post that are planning a weekend for this event, which isnt a bad idea. just not sure yet if I can swing that; possibly just staying over Sat night somewhere.

if there are people interested in a rally, i'm sure we can get a few people to join.

BTW there are more than 200+ registered so far, with more than a month to go. maybe they can beat our ChapterFest numbers

Just as a point of reference... I cruised up to Jersey two weeks ago, Fairfax to Fort Lee. 4.5 hours on mapquest, 3.5 actual. Thats non stop, and a not at all heavy foot. I did a day trip, long day in the car but an easy drive.

DC area caravan details are as follows:

VA folks leave Dunkin Donuts (8119 Watson St, McLean) at 6am SHARP
Meet MD folks at North Laurel/Columbia rest stop on I-95 between Rt 32 and Rt 216 exits
Leave MD stop at 7am SHARP
Arrive in Philly at 9am for cheesesteak breakfast (Pat's/Geno's)
Leave Philly at 10am SHARP and get to Flanders, NJ by 12pm

A few of us are caravaning to the meet on Sat. There is a group in N. Va meeting the rest of the group in MD.

If you are in VA we will meet @ the Dunkin Dounts in Tysons. It is off Rt 7 across from the Ford Dealer.
WE WILL DEPART Dunkin Donuts at 6AM SHARP. AT 6:01AM WE WILL BE GONE.
