Can anyone recommend a place that has done this well for them? I have heard about Convenience Car Care in Manassas. I also heard about Dent Wizard in Rockville but they have closed.

Dent Masters has quite a few different technicians and they vary by experience. The one that Convenience uses was Don (I think out of Woodbridge). He was very good at PDR and i'd recommend him

Are there any around here that are charging per panel rather than per ding? The E30 has quite a lot of dings - at a per ding price, it'd be cheaper to paint the car.
