Need someone to look over a M3 in Richmond area

I'm considering a 2003 M3 being offered for sale by an individual in the Richmond area. The car has had a run-in with a I-95 guard rail and has the driver side painted. At the same time the owner had the CSL front bumper and decklid installed.

The photos look like everything is nicely done, but photos can't show what I could see in person. I'm in NC and would like to have someone give the car a once over before I spend the time/$ to drive up.

If it passes this once over, I would plan on getting a PPI at the local BMW dealer.

Is Richmond even considered NCC? Most folks I see in this forum are from Northern VA, MD or DC. Try posting on bimmerforums.com in the Middle Atlantic Region section.

Yup. One of the reasons we have Richmond members is that the "other" chapters just have far less going on, do not sponsor or hold driving events, and their members are not as colorful....
