    Cool Spark plug change!

Just changed mine yesterday and what a difference, it was like night and day, my bimmer was kinda draggin' and laggin' on acceleration, but I've got my gurl back, she drives like the day I bought her home in 1999. I also changed the OEM Ignition Coils as well in my 00 E46 323i I must say that this spark plug change made a significant difference. Previously I had a couple of misfire codes on cylinders four and five as well as an Ignition coil five code. Now my gurl is runnin' like a champ. Just my two and a half cents worth. Happy Motoring...

It is pretty silly that BMW says the plugs can last 100k miles. Sure, it will run but fresh plugs every couple years is not going to break the bank, and clearly will keep things running better.

I have never felt any difference in performance by changing plugs.
I change mine out every 36K.
Maybe the coil was the noticeable factor?
