Richard passed away on Monday, May 26, 2008 after a long battle with Pancreatic cancer. I am glad he is no longer in pain, but I am crushed by the pain of his absence. Richard was a great man, and I am blessed to have known him. I know Richard is looking down on us all from Heaven. We miss you, Richard.

I think anyone who knew Richard, would agree.

Thanks for the link to the obituary

It is amazing how many people shared a special friendship with Richard. There are so many comments that read as though they are from my own heart. I will never forget the Halloween VIR event in his honor.

    Thumbs up

Right on the money, Jenson. I knew Richard only a short while, but was very touched and impressed by him, as so many of his students and fellow instructors were. I still remember his classroom video at the March NCC Summit Main School, passing me (and everyone in A Group) in his underpowered E30 as if we were standing in cement. He will be a huge loss. But his inspiration, wonderful sense of humor, and mentorship to so many will be lasting. Thumbs up, Richard. BonBahn
