If the videos are true. Yes he needs to step down. He cant withstand the pressure especially because of his father's role in the UK right before WWII and involvement with Hitler and the Nazi's. Having hookers play the role of new concentration camp inmates and Max as the guard or is unacceptable.
Any other role playing S&M role playing with prostitutes would have been overlooked unless it involved children or other very illegal activities.
Hasnt old man Hobbs made jokes about Bernie's and Max's sex life.

Mosley has issued a statement saying he is not going to step down and he thinks this was a set up deal by some enemies. Of course no one forced him to take part.

While Bernie seems to be willing to overlook this, I doubt the manufactures will. It is the teams Max has presided over with an iron fist. I doubt they will be willing to be policed by someone facing such humiliation. How will he serve as a dignitary of the sport?

He's been absolutely horrible for the FIA, so I sure hope he steps down. And with his Nazi family past it certainly is... amusing that he's fetishized it.

Yes, he should have stepped down days ago.
I have read reports that claim that Max has responded to demands from BMW and MB for him to step down with references to BMW and MB's ties with Hitler in WWII. As if that were not enough, he also was overheard by the crown prince of Bahrain. Max was telling his buddy Bernie about how he hated Bahrain and never wanted to go back there. During the conversation, the crown prince was sitting right next to Bernie and was able to hear the screaming! Ooops.
