Looking for a NCC member that posted up wheels/tires FS about 2-3 months ago

I am looking for a member on NCC's website. He offered up a set of E39 5-series tires and wheels. He lived in northern va (I remembered driving down route 7100 (ffx cty. pkway) to get to his place -- south of burke, va).

I promised if I could use the wheels (tires were shot since being kept outside) -- not bent, then I would give him $100.00 for them. He agreed - they are slightly bent; but, I can still use them. I cannot find that original ad, and, do not remember whom the individual was. I must have picked these up back in October/November; but, I did not get around to trying to use them until about a few weeks ago.

If it is anyone here -- or, if you know whom I might be talking about? I'd like to keep my word and give them their money.
