E46 Convertible Headliner Replacement

I have a nasty rip in my headliner by the passenger rear quarter window. The plastic piece that helps the headliner retain its shape has been crushed by the convertible top mechanism, and I'd like to get this fixed up before I sell. I also have some scratches on the back bumper I'd like to get rid of, and I need to recondition the side bolsters since they are scuffed up like practically every other E46 M3 I've ever seen. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! I live near Dulles, but I'm willing to travel to Baltimore if necessary.
