After 7 months my house is finally sold.
This market sucks for sellerz.
We dropped the price 16.75% by the time all was said and done.
Oh well. It will be nice to have one mortgage instead of two and a HELOC for a change. Plus single home utility bills from now on.
Looks like I won't be getting that 135 afterall.
Gotta keep the E30 and ti running a bit longer.
