Someone slashed the cloth top on my Z4 yesterday. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a good shop for getting it replaced? Does anyone have an idea of what a fair price for this replacement should be. The only damage is to the outer cloth. The frame, mechanism and inner lining are all untouched.
Slashed top? That stinks- maybe your insurance company will refer you somewhere?

When my top was slashed two years ago, I used B&L Upholstery & Canvas in Queenstown, MD. They were recommended by Tate BMW.
BUT... I didn't think the guy did a very good job, so I DON'T recommend them. Not quite what you were looking for, eh?
