    Raffles come and go. Car raffles come and go. Here’s one that’s different because it affords you the opportunity to win, for as little as $10, what could be the ultimate track and street car: a 1985 E36 M3, nicely modified. It’s sponsored by the BMW CCA Foundation, the educational and charitable arm of BMW CCA. The raffle runs through Friday, Dec. 14.
