Are E34 model BMW'S able to use wheels from E39 or E60 5 series without modification? What other wheels from other models fit E34 BMW'S?

the issues are offset and wheel width as well as whether it fits over brake calipers. you haven't said what E34, but a very quick parts check indicates E34, 39, 60 all like offsets of about 20 mm, depending on wheel width. suggest you check with wheel/tire experts and provide more details about what you're looking for.
3-series wheels will not work. perhaps 7s and new 6 series will.
Car is a 1992 525i E34. Does this help. I'm looking for inexpensive set of used wheels/tires.
E39 wheels have a different hub diameter, but they do fit, if you buy the proper centering rings (tire rack has them)
Also E32 7 series wheels bolt right up,
E28 aftermarket wheels should also fit, provided they are at least 15s.

That is correct. The E39 has a 74mm hub and the E32 and most other BMW have 72.6mm Hub (I don't know why). I would strongly recommend getting Aluminium centering rings as opposed to commonly available plastic ones if E39 wheels are fitted. The plastic ones wear out faster and result in steering wheel vibrations.
