Hopefully the Chapter has a contingency plan just in case the weather is worse than predicted. Forget the TV weatherfools for their predictions and try accuweather.com, NOAA weather radio or the Capitol Weather Gang at the WP's website. I learned as DS coordinator never to trust the local guys for weather and depended on NOAA and Accuweather for herding trials. Capitol Weather gang is someone I just came across. They are interesting and but not sure of their accuracy. My sister is a member of the Montgomery Cty FEMA SAR team and has access to professional fee for service weather forecasts that are more accurate than the local weather fools so I consult her.

Haven't we had a a couple Holiday Parties cancelled because of weather.

Holiday parties at the Hyatt Reston and the traim museum in Baltimore both had good turnouts despite the snow.

There are 180 people who registered.

Watch out for the snow showers tonight. It is easier to drive in 8 inches of snow then in less than an inch. Talk to folks who were in the 20 car accident on I66 near Delaplane on Tuesady about noon.
