Pre-Registered Event Attendees Must be at Wolftrap Sunday 21st Oct for to Roll-Call and to Get Their Pass for Passport BMW Md. Pls Notify NCC VP ZChild or myself if your car will be trailered to Passport or any other special arrangement.


OFFICIAL NOTES FOR THE 2007 BMW FALL MEET
Pre-registred folks need to arrive early at Wolftrap
so we have enough time to have time for a meet and greet,
organize our huge gathering of cars,
get a quick brief of what to be expected for the day,
and hopefully still have ample time for a group photo or get some planned shots

ROLLCALL ENDS 9:30am to prepare for the rally

Wolf Trap is only three miles from the Beltway...just five minutes from Tysons Corner and 20 minutes from D.C. So while an evening at Wolf Trap feels like being in another world, it's really just a short drive away... and the parking is free. (Do NOT confuse the Dulles Toll Road with the Dulles Access Road. These roads run parallel to each other but the Access Road is for airport use only.)
1st Meetup Place & RollCall:
8;00am : core organizer should arrive and have on site brief
8:30am-9:30 : Roll-Call for pre-registered folks, Pls BMWs only folks.
9:30 : Roll-Call ends, on Site wait list folks fill slots (final roster updated to give to Passport)
10:00 : Safety Briefing, what to expect for the days event and
rules of engagement.
10:15 Plan Departure (maybe a ad-hoc last opportunity photo shoot
12-12:30pm: expected arrival at Passport BMW
cars will have their assigned parking no. and plans will
made to arrive in the order of assigned parking. Group leads will be
briefed on how to attempt to do this
12:30pm : Site Briefing and presentation of the group to Event Host who will
take over the festivities with their information brief, and group shot
and back to the show-room for lunch, special announcement, cheers :drink:

if you're not registered you can still come on out to Wolf Trap, we even have a special parking place for others doing the same. However, b/c you're not registered, you won't get a goodie bag
