I am going to the pettit Leman for the first time this year

Is there a BMW car corral and is it worthwile to pay to get to it?

any other information regarding the race or track would be appreciated

If it's anything like the corrals BMW NA had back in 99 and 2000, it's well worth it - large tent with large screeen TVs, catered food and drink overlooking turn 5 and the downhill esses. In my opinion Road Atlanta is the best track for spectating. You can walk the entire interior of the track with good close up views of most turns. And with the 1,000 K Petite Le Mans, you'll have plenty of time to do so. If only the ALMS series was as good as back then. M3s in GT, BMW V12 LMRs and 20 other entries in LMP1.
