BMW-Sauber test driver Sebastian Vettel will race for Scuderia Toro Rosso

BMW-Sauber announced today that it is releasing its test driver Sebastian Vettel to race for the Scuderia Toro Rosso Formula One team. Vettel replaces Scott Speed, the only American in Formula One, who is stepping down after a public dispute with the team. Toro Rosso has expressed disappointment with the performance of both Speed and his teammate Vitantonio Liuzzi.
