    E39 M5 Creeky Knock Noise in Front End

    I have had the car to the mechanic and he can't find anything loose anyone have any ideas. It makes the noise when I make quick directional changes and sometimes braking?

    Beats the heck out of me. First time I've ever heard of this on an E39 M5. What's the mileage on your 2000 M5?

    Around 89K Mileage. It performs fine its just driving me bonkers.
