Keep the dogs out of the jetted tub. Great house Steven. Its incredible how much house you get for your money outside the DC area.
If I could find a job outside the DC area at my same paygrade the collies could have acreage and their own sheep.
Hope your old place sells quick. Town houses in my neighborhood are moving quicker and selling in less than 30 days as opposed to 90 days or more. Prices haven't appreciated but they aren't on the market for 6mo either.

We are hoping because we are an end unit and all brand new flooring and paint will help.

What's nice about this house is that I have no one on 3 sides except for roads.
There is an empty lot between us and the next house that the owner wants to sell. He previous owner of the house was going to buy it with the other neighbor and extend the property lines. But mainly to keep some space between the houses. My dogs can yap at their hearts content now.
Nice houses in the Greenville area go in one day!
There are so many cookie cutter subdivisions going up too.
Up the street is a guy who works for BMW. He has a real Mini in his garage.
We talked cars for a 1/2 hour.
I'm amazed of the amount of BMWs and Minis here.

greenville is convieniently located under two hours from road atlanta...on the way from dc. sounds like we all have a new stopover!!!
