For older BMW's in this area I would recommend Dan Martin's.

He'll pick you up from, or drop you off to the Shady Grove metro redline if you need a lift. Goes right to DC. I don't know what quality is, as posted above, but for classic BMW's you want to leave it with BMW independent mechanics worth a squirt.
