    Garage for tech inspection (for driving school) Baltimore /Columbia area

    Can somebody recommend a reputable shop to get technical inspection performed for a Highway Safety School /Drivers' School around Columbia /Ellicott City?

    I also need to get my brakes and clutch flushed.
